All the options which you gave are good and have good scope : agribusiness management , rural management and p.g diploam in tea management.
If tea management is your personal choice you should go with it and their are many tea estates here in India who require efficient managers.
Besides rural management is in demand and Indian government as corporate India is talking about .. !!
