MBA , CS , Office management are some good options for you. CA, Cost accounting etc are other options which you can choose from.

Yes, you can go for a full time MBA program. You can even look for E- MBA{ Executive MBA } program . which is of one year duration. 2-3 years of work experience is required for such a program
