If you want to do a short term course then a PG Diploma course will the best in whatever field you like as in Human Resource, Management, Finance etc….. You can also go for doing a CFA or NSE's Certification in Financial Markets (NCFM) also if you wish. Whatever choice you make you can make it depending on the work you would like to do.
