WHAT TO DO ...MBA OR Msc in finance?

Hi. Am RAUNAK..have greaduated this year from St xaviers college kolkata. Am also doing C.A.(final level)..hopefully i will b clearing my ca exams in MAY 2012. I wanted to do mba from abroad but most of the universities there require 3 years or work ex...and i dont want to delay my mba further..so i wanted to ask..what will add weighatge to my CV along with CA and bcom hons from st xavier.s college..an a) mba degree from INDIA like from normal B school like christ university bangalore OR b) MSc in finance from a good university abroad?(since they dont require compulsary work ex.. reply awaited.thank you
