Those who are in non medical field they need practical training at different parlous or institutes. In fashion marketing and management you need to understand the product, help in its marketing, work in co-ordination of people like retailers, online buyers e.t.c You need to sit for entrance exam conducted by design schools at graduate and postgraduate level. even MBA in fashion and marketing will be helpful
