I applied in B.Ed. course in Jammu through an agent, after that I also applied in CTET exam. Now I have cleared my CTET exam but could not do my B.Ed. because of some circumstances. I have done a diploma course in teaching & school management through a private institute 5 yrs. back. Now my question is that can I get a job in any school? I also have teaching experience of 4 yrs. in a play school.

Nitu, first tell me have you got experience proof and what is your current age( you have done your diploma 5 years or 45 years back) . If you experience proof had then schools can give you chance as you had also cleared CTET paper 1 which is especially made for teachers who want to teach upto class 5th.. With some help you can also start your own school .I will also suggest you to complete your BED for better career growth. As you have diploma in management you can also get job in the field of school administration rather than teaching( alternative if you don't get teaching job ).
