On campus mean you need to leave your job and go for regular 2 year program just like you have done at your B.TECH Level.Off campus mean you can do this without leaving your job like your distance learning program. What program you need to take depend upon that you want to leave your job or not. BITS is big name any course but it should be of your interest will add to your C.V. As career growth if concerned you will defenitely be benefited as you will be specializing or getting expertise in your domain area.
