Mayank can i know the reason behind not getting satisfaction from your job so that i can give you better career advice. Then only i can suggest you to do M.TECH, MBA or continue for job.

Recently the company went in for reorganization and the job profile I am having doesn't give full justice to my qualification and caliber. I am also trying for new job but not got success yet.

The first thing before starting any course i will suggest you to talk to HR person for the change of profile.Tell him or her the reason you have told me. Talk politely but without fear. Show your past record how you were able to perform well when a good job profile is given to you. If you are not able to succeed here then my next suggestion will be to try for two thing simultaneously. Master and change in job . Whatever happen first go for it if you are thinking for full time course. Many time students for various reason are not able to leave their job. So first see you don't have such problem Or if you are able to get good job profile wherever you are working even then you can complete your master in term of part time and correspondence. Now as far as M.TECH and MBA is concerned.First think you want to do such technical thing or you are interested in doing HR, Marketing or finace e.t.c like people of your company working in such department do. Don't decide on the basis of money as both course will give you well paying job and good career. Engineer after few year of experience move into management side. People think that management people only succeed. If you think after MBA you will succeed then only go for it . Even company have program in which they provide MBA to their employees.First find out you want to do such technical stuff, specialize in any such area then go for M.TECH. But if you are not interested in doing such thing then go for MBA. Feel free to ask further question.
