Isha you can definitely go for MBA after B.TECH. If you go after year of experience it is expected that you will have understanding of business, work culture , different field of MBA and there are certain colleges which take only experienced candidates. But if you want to go for MBA you can defenitely go for it as there are plenty of colleges which are also good offering MBA to freshers in India

Mahedra first problem is to complete the course as you are not interested in it. Either you need to complete it or leave it for other option in engineering. Don't worry about MBA. After it you can get job in any company software , hardware. Non technical people after getting MBA start working in engineering companies in various department. Moving to software field is not hard as there are many short term course available. A better life is that where you are not earning well but also be satisfied. So first see that you are able to complete B.TECH if you are not then the more time you waste you are only increasing your problem.
