You are MBA . You can find good job especially in the field of marketing or in retail store. Remember you need that language understanding for selling product or make people understand you which can also happen in local language . Even average understanding of language is enough Work on your communication skill but there is no point sitting just because your communication skill is not good. There are lot of things you learn with practice and time . Another option can be if you have some hobbies you can make career in it. Feel free to ask further question.

You can make career just like other MBA graduates make. If you select marketing then in most of the cases you require travelling to increase the sale of products even if you are an MBA. You will be doing the same kind of stuff in retail sector- management of stores, sale of products e.t.c but you don't require much travelling.After few year of experience My suggestion will be to send your resume, contact such people and start finding a job. You had good degree. The only thing is to do hard work. And why part time if you get full time job go for it. To learn a language you need to interact in that language with people. And it can only happen with practice. More than coaching institute it is your practice that matter. Just like MBA people make great career through hard work you can also make. Try to find job in retail companies and almost all the company have marketing department. So finding job in the field of marketing is not difficult. Feel free to ask further.

First get registered on job portal like Naukri.com, Fresher world.com, Monster.com. Naukri.com, Times job.com, Shine.com. Job portal and recruitment consultancy provide same facilities. But the coverage of job portal is more than recruitment consultancy. They also include jobs of recruitment consultancy. My suggestion is tell me where you are living so that i can tell you name of recruitment consultancy. It is good to go for recruitment consultancy where you are living. Also don't forget the other alternatives like newspaper, social networking sites like LINKEDIN, APNA CIRCLE. Also if possible try to contact marketing personnel or people working in retail store. If there are any company nearby then send your resume or try to contact marketing personnel in the company. Marketing personnel are easy to find. Feel free to ask further question.

Gaurav at least speak in manner that people understand you. As you are MBA in marketing and you are not placed so you need to struggle a bit more and also job profile might not be very good. But the more time you will spend more on job profile it will only increase your gap in career.Start interacting in english. How much time will you spend not doing any thing. If you get something satisfactory just take it. After that search for job according to your wish. You can also do some course like SAP later. Also send your resume to these company or just try to contact these people. Also look for vacancy in public sector. The language discrimination is very less there. Also try to search for online job of your interest where your english speaking skill is not much required.
