Hi, Thanks for early reply.
Actually I took some information from internet and got confused. These are the points which is making me confused.
1. Some people say that the future market is in ERP (SAP/Oracle APPS).
2. My first thought was to do SAP ABAP, The course is expensive but I don’t have financial problem to do the course, and I will make sure that I do the certification and get proper technical knowledge. The only thing which scared me is the job opportunity for the fresher in SAP ABAP.
3. Since I have so much of experience, should I still do the programming, if yes ,then should I continue with the programming language which I have been using. Because I understand that this programming language is very basic (easy to learn) and not advance. Since it is easy to learn so very crowded and package is not very good. Should I learn some advance programming language like Java/Oracle DBA.
4. Incase if I go by project management then still I may need some training and certifications.
I will be thankful if you guide me to take suitable career direction, please note that I don’t have any problem in taking any additional training. Technically/knowledge wise I will be able to manage. Please consider my experience and the average package offered for the job.
Thanks and Regards
Rajeev

Whatever field you take from now project, SAP, programming you will have to go for certification and training . This is sure. Decide your future course on these things- interest ( this is the most important-go through course content first), job opportunity in your own company after completing course, contact with people who can help you in getting job in any field that you have mentioned so that you need not to search for job after certification . Project management or MBA in other field( Operation, HR, Marketing, Information technology) is the best option . After year of experience and then starting like fresher is completely bad idea.
