You can take up PG level studies in advertising. First try for Bhavan's before trying in any other college. It is reputed . There are different specialisation like Copywriters , Copywriters , Photography, Advertising Account Manager e.t.c. It is the copywriter who do most of the creative or idea generation part.You need to create 'copies' or written text for a particular advertisement which are ctuallyoriginal slogans, and text matters for printed advertisements, hoardings, bill boards and leaflets.The work also include creating jingles and scripts for commercials to be aired on television, radio, et.creating original ideas to fit the project, under the director's guidance..You can also take up course in copy writing.
