Kushal if you think you can succeed then my suggestion will be to know where you are failing, work for improvement, practice, make strategies and implement it. Take help of friend who can help you in your studies. Give yourself another chance with right hard work and strategies.Don't think about other exam as passing B.COM with good marks should be the most important thing for your. My best suggestion is to make career in which you are interested and ready to work hard for that. One failure is no end to life. There is no point losing motivation. Every one in their life go through many stages of failure. Don't worry, work hard and feel free to ask further.
