Aditya both SAP and PGDBM are good options. But try for MBA ( PGDBM) first. Not only you will get a degree but also good understanding of business and much better job opportunities. There is also demand for SAP consultant but it is good to do SAP in addition to your qualification,- MBA and then SAP, B.TECH and then SAP. As you are simple graduate first get some professional degree and from good college, so that you don't need to search for placement. You can always do SAP later. Feel free to ask further question.

Aditya both the course are not much difficult . MBA or SAP - it is completed by any student irrespective of the fact that they are toppers, average or below average. Distance or full time course is same. In terms of value they are same. The actual problem is in finding job after that. If you are doing full time course colleges assist you in your placement but when you are distance education you don't enjoy that facilities. Much of the hard work is done by students for searching job. See in your BPO you will get opportunities after doing MBA. If not then lot of networking and job search has to be done. If you know you will get job after that then go for distance. You need to wait or try for sometime to get good job. If you are ready to that much hard work then try fo distance .Try for NMIMS, manipal, and in last wellingkar.
