Avinash you can contact them formally like a formal letter of college. Oil india Ltd do provide summer internship. Also try to contact them through any person that you know- alumni, officials working there or through any teacher who know anyone there. Your college have good name. It would not be difficult in finding some contact or getting approval. The only thing is to start early because even company has limit of taking students. For summer internship lot of students would be applying. . You can use social networking sites in contacting them and later send a formal letter from college. If you go through contact section of official website of OIl India Ltd they have given all the contact details. Feel free to ask further question.

I checked their web page and it does not have a direct contact that accepts applications/letters for internship as such. I'd recommend to visit this webpage: http://www.oil-india.com/OOffices.aspx and phone the regional office as per your location or choice to talk to them directly about the procedure. They also have Emails to contact in this page. I'd also recommend to prepare a short and clear CV, 2-3 recommendation letters from your faculty, SOP (Statement of Purpose) for your internship mentioning few of your area to pursue the internship and Email them after you have a clear instruction over phone.
