Sandeep patent agent exam is conducted by Indian Patent Office. Intially the exam used to be conducted twice in a year. Now they conduct it in Jan and that is once in a year . The notification and the form are released by the Indian Patent Office around the same time. You will get get opportunities but you will also face stiff competition especially in India as these things are still in developing stage in India . You will find opportunities in biotech companies , pharma companies , GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS , PATENT ANALYTICS COMPANIES , KPO , LPO LAW FIRMS , ELECTRONICS , COMPUTER , IT COMPANIES e.t.c . The eligibility is Minimum 21 years , Indian Nationality , Citizens of India having completed 21 years of age and possessing a degree in science, engineering or technology from any University established under law for the time being in force in the territory of India or possesses such other equivalent qualifications as the Central Government may specify in this behalf , Graduation should be complete. Final year candidates are also eligible as long as they are able to produce final degree, mark sheets etc within 2 months of declaration of the Patent Agent Exam result they are appearing for.You may appear for the exam as many times as you wish and until you qualify as a Registered Patent Agent.
