Rajesh to do B.TECH in aerospace engineering you must be 12th passed with Maths, Physics, Chemistry. You need to qualify in engineering exams like IIT-JEE, AIEEE or other state level or private engineering exams . The upper age limit to be eligible for the exam is 25 years. However, there is relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/PH candidates. There are also criteria in terms of marks like for AIEEE 50% marks for general category candidates and 40% for SC/ST/OBC/PH category candidates is required . You can also study engineering through AMIE mode .AMIE stands for Associate Member of Institution of Engineers., Those who successfully complete AMIE will get equal opportunities for job as well as higher education, just like a B.E or B.Tech holder. Eligibility is-A recognized 3-year Polytechnic Diploma or its equivalent in any branch of engineering. (No marks restriction) and +2/HSC/PDC with Physics, Chemistry& Maths with minimum 45% marks. . The course is best suited to people who are working , but you can also do it . You are not eligible for master level course as you had not done B.TECH . You can also try for diploma course in aerospace engineering in polytechnic colleges for which eligibility is 10nth passed. But that mean going one step back as these diploma are done in place of 12th . After providing these information i would like to suggest you that engineering course require lot of hard work, lot of theory studies ,assess your abilities before taking the decision of going for aerospace engineering . Also check your age , money , eligibility in terms of subjects you have taken in 12th for courses which require 12th pass . Feel free to ask further question .
