hi......i want to take forensic science as a career so, plz suggest how do i get started with it

I m in class 11th from science stream and i m interested to make my career in forensic science but i dont hv much detail about this proffession like how to get started with it or courses i need to do after class 12, what all branches are there in forensic science, how much money i will be earning by this proffesion,etc.So kindly suggest me what step i should take after class 12.

There are various subdivisions of forensic sciences, they are:

Forensic archeology
Forensic biology
Forensic economics
Forensic engineering
Forensic epistemology
Forensic linguistics
Forensic psychology
Forensic serology
Forensic anthropology
Forensic computing or digital forensics

Qualifications

For pursuing a post graduation in Forensic Sciences one has to have a B.Sc degree preferably securing a first division. An MBBS degree along with a specialization in forensic sciences is required for one to perform post mortem on dead bodies. Research work can also be done by students of forensic sciences who have secured 60% marks in post graduation.
