No you can't do any other degree alongwith B.Tech. But , you can join a certificate course from IGNOU which will give you an extra edge over others.

What are you planning to do, B.TEch + BA? You will have a tough time answering recruiter's questions during job interview. Since you are already in B.Tech final yr., try to complete it. Also, take the Psychometric Career Assessment test and see what interests you. Remember, 3idiots - BTech going on to pursue wild life photography!!
