through CLAT i can only pursue 5 year law and as i am 21 yeras old i have also exceeded its age limit please tell me only places where i can pursue 3 year law

Most of the colleges now have 5Year integrated law programmes.a very few colleges have three year degree programme in law .follwing are some of thre colleges and universities offer 3year programmes.
MG university,
kannur university
Cochin uty faculty of law and legal studies
Delhi university
Banaras Hindu uty
Panjab uty
Osmania Uty

Besides You can go for some Diploma courses like
PG Dip in Administrative Law,
PGDip in Industrial Law
PG Dip in Legislative process.
