First tell abt ur post in BPO and u were at which place,i think 4yrs experiennce itself yields u a good package,secondly what are ur definition of good job in terms of salary

Thanks Dolly, I worked 3 years with a domestic call center as Customer care executive and currently working as deputy team leader with a small UK based company where we provide technical support to our customers online via live chat and email service. Good job in terms of salary package mean salary should be above 50K -70K at least for me. You may consider me as over ambitious but it is a do or die situation for me to earn that much of money. I am exploring all possibilities for it and it would be great if you could give me any idea which could help me in this. Currently my package is 16K/month. Thanks.
