Dear Ravi,
Despite of you getting scores less than 60% you can make into bpo or SW jobs.
As you mentioned you have done CSE&IT courses, you should not face problems then.
But ensure that you remember everything taught in your course because in interview you will face the questions related to the courses you have taken.
All the metro cities offer many jobs with call centers, If you in Delhi, Noida, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Bangalore , chennai there are ample opportunities for BPOs. You can look for these jobs in newspaper or online and apply for it,
One very important thing when you apply for job is that your resume should be written well.

Der Ravi, you are talkingout BPO and s/w jobs both in the same line. What is your interest? If you are looking for a BPO job, i think you have already received a response. If you are looking at S/W, then cause of your CS/IT backund, you can get into many possible areas. Web Applications or telecom apps are some of the areas i can think of. You could join some course to get the corporate perspective. You can also take up a job with a startup and learn on the job. In fact, you could also take up an online course. There are some good online courses backed by some of the corporates as well. Do let me know if need any help on this.
Regards
