A lot of self study and regular study is required. First of all, Check out the syllabus, and plan out your time of study according to that.
There is no one 'wonder' book...you have to prepare thoroughly and consult as many books as possible. I suggest the following:

3. Nda/na Exam Guide, 5th Ed. by Verma Sharma
4. Nda Mathematics by Karan Dev, Guptas R
5. Mathematics For Nda by Gulati Sl
6. N.d.a. Solved Papers by Editorial Board Of Pratiyogita Darpan
7. Upkars National Defence Academy Examination by Jain & Gupta
Search web for more and more book. Refer Question banks, model papers etc.
