You can sit for various bank exams for PO/ assistant manager/ Trainee etc. Advertisement for various post can be seen in newspapers and bank websites. You can go for Master's or diploma program in Banking. This will help you , to take your career ahead.

hey mitali. the answer is quite rite, but the problem is that.... the kind of life.. u imagine cant come with p.o.. n all....., so u have to do an mba be it the corresponding one... do it work in any bank for experience preferably in nationalized banks.... then switch over and ur dream will come true pretty soon......
