The huge gaps in education can affect your admissions in good institutes. Still there is a good chance that you can crack those.
All you need to do is to clear the written exams with high percentage so that you get calls from premium MBA institutes.
Once this is done make sure to convince the interviewers that why did you have these gaps (due to some medical problems/financial/family issues). Generally these or for that matter any honest reason is taken positively by the institutes. But make sure that your interviews or GD's go flawless, as they will be judging you on those factors completely, and may ignore your "gaps in education" if you fair well in those rounds.
