How can i start my own software firm?

madam, I am a final year student of B.E(IT). In future i want to start my own software firm. But I don't know exactly how should i start. I don't know how to make clients, how should i enter into market etc. I like to work in ASP, C-sharp, VB and SQL. Also i like to develop software and web applications. Madam, please guide me, so that i can start my own software business. Whether i need any job experience for this purpose? Waiting for response.

To start a firm,you need a lot of market exposure and experience. So its better first to get into job and have some experience and complete knowledge about the field.
