Dear Sonam,
You can go for M.sc. in Chemistry which would be a direct progression of your B.Sc degree. Then can go for teaching or you can do PhD for research fellowship. You can also take the option of PGDAC from IGNOU. Post Graduate Diploma in Analytical Chemistry (PGDAC) is a continuing education programme aimed for the enhancement of skills of the chemists employed in Industry, Research & Development and National Laboratories.
You could even opt for a course in Clinical research or bioinformatics. Both of these are upcoming fields and can offer lucrative jobs in the corporate sector. For further details you can visit the link http://www.meracareerguide.com/ICRI.aspx and http://www.meracareerguide.com/clinicalresearch.aspx for Clinical Research .
MBA is also a good option for you. You could go in for a MBA in Pharma.
As Dinesh said can also choose the field of Civil Services.
All the Best
