Hi Rashmi,

You can do M.Des offered by IITs, NID (national institute of design) and various other institutions,

http://www.daiict.ac.in/daiict/academics/mdes.html
http://www.iitd.ac.in/pg/mdes.html

You should go for Degree/PG in animation/industrial design, it will be very good for your career in future.

Cheers !

Hi Rashmi , Yes engineering graduate can do the animation as well as industrial design .

Whereas for animation you can enroll in any institute liek MAAC , Piacasso and do with 3D courses like Maya and so on .

Where as Industrial design would be best if taken through NID where you need to clear the entrance.

I would suggest you to research on the career before making a choice and also explore yoru interests ,
