Is it allowed to do 3years LLB programme & company secretaryship programme simultaneously?

i wish to do LLB from calcutta university...i am a b.com graduate & already undergoing Company Secretaryship prog...also suggest me the colleges in kolkata which offer 3 years LLB course and does there have any entrance exam?
