Hey shailesh,
You should first read some standard english grammar book, so that your grammar becomes good. It is most essential as good grammar only can guarantee you good english.
When you have acquired enough know-how of grammar, start reading newspapers, books. But remember, don't try to read difficult books on the first go, as it will make you all the way more tensed and frustrated. Start with easy things first, and then go ahead.
Improving english is a continous process, you have to be deeply involved in it, to learn it. Its not a come-and-go type of exams that we have in schools. Rather, you have to make it as a hobby.

Shailesh there is nothing to feel ashamed that you don't know proper & perfect English but yes lack of English definitely makes you less confident in front of Interview panel. U can't change your past but yes with your own willpower & optimistic nature you can make your future bright & blooming. For that there are lots you should stress in from now onward like :

• Reading skills with Punctuations and Pronunciation
• Comprehension (written)
• The Art of Speaking - correct interaction and good diction
• The Art of Listening
• The Art of Presentation
• Extempore Speech
• Group Discussions
• The Art of Negotiation
First & foremost you should learn English Grammar - stress on all parts of speech. Read English Newspapers & try to write the new words & find out their meanings. This way you can enhance your vocabulary & remember everyday you should learn 10 new English words. Besides watch English movies in your laptop vied headphone & English news channels. Read English journals, good magazines & speak in English with someone who can rectify your mistakes with care.
Best advice from me to to you is try yourself all these & join an Interview Success Course where you will learn proper Communicative English & there will also be a detailed personality development as well as grooming session for you. I think if you attend a detailed training on Interview success you will surely crack the hard nuts in any interview & reach your destined goal.
