professional courses after b.com.

hi, I'm writing this for my sister who finished her b.com this last month. We are kinda confused, where should she step in after this. She's interested in jobs related to banking, tax, accounting. She doesn't prefer to go for m.b.a. Can we have your valuable advices regarding the availability of professional courses after b.com which is sound enough to provide a good career? If possible, plz mention the colleges/universities which conduct those courses.

Bank PO exams conducted by various banks and along with it can pursue master's course .
