sir i am about to complete my b.tech in civil from delhi college of engineering. i have got a job in a CH2M HILLS( A US BASED FIRM ) . i have got structural design profile. but i am confused what post graduation prog shall i opt for to ensure good growth in my career. i am not interested in going for m .tech. please suggest me some other pg program.
