i want to know about mass communication,give me all the information regarding the best institute,future prospect,different areas in M.C,companies,is there any entrance exam for this,and can i do MBA in M.C .

i"m b.com graduate(A/C Honors-51%),2006 pass out and due to my throat decease i could not continue my studies,now due to excessive hoarseness i can't speak properly.so I'm looking for something technical or something where i can do my work without using my voice to much.so plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz suggest me some career option based on my problem.Plz help me out of this problem bcoz i suffered a lot and now as I'm quite, I'm confuse what to do.

Mass comm is a field where you need to communicate with people. Even if it is writing work, communication is required. So , please see to it that does not affect your health.
