Hi Atul , as suggested my Deepak if you want to stay in technical field you can go for GRE for MS +PHD , But that might be very expensive if you dont get scholarship and if you going on loan may be you will need to stay abroad and earn for a while to pay back !
Where as I would suggest you to go ahead with M.Tech from institute like BITS-Pilani , where you can become TA , continue studies and also get paid for it.
But if you dont want to stay in technical field and want to change your career path then MBA would be good option , As you can't leave the job Executive MBA would be the best !

Thanks for reply deepak and counsellers ... Kindly give me more information regarding M.Tech from Bits Pilani and eloborate on TA... How am I eligible for MTech bits? Is there any exam for this.. Is it regular or distance learning study? Again thanking you for replies..

BITS Mater of Engineering entrance exam is conducted online.
For ME Computer Science and Software Systems, the exam is conducted twice an year. Next exam would be in December i suppose.
If you clear the exam, you will be given the option to apply for the position of a Teaching Assistant. Your fee will be waived and you will et incentives like 14000 to 17000 Rs per month, free house, contingency fund etc. But you have pass the interview to become a TA.
