Dear Amritha, If you want to make management as your career you should prefer doing BBM.But some times it depends upon from which college you are doing your UG studies for example BBS from SSCBS, New Delhi has a very high rate of going to IIM's. There is nothing like B. Tech. are preferred over others in the final placements.
