Dear sir, i got 62% marks in bcom 1st year now i want to opt for hons so please guide me abt my future to get a good job in banking, finance or accounting sector on the completion of bcom

I'm going to take hons in bcom 2nd year. I want a good job in govt bank on the completion of the bcom so i want u to guide me any course( institutes). i want to join ifbi( institute of finance banking and insurance) so that i will get a job. Is this right io join ifbi if not so tell me about any course or insitutes?
