» To get an entry-level engineering job, one usually needs a bachelor's degree in engineering. . The career chronology to be a eectronics engineer is :

» The minimum eligibility required to get admission in Bachelors in civil engineering  is 10+2 with good marks.  

» The course requirements in 10+2 are Physics, Chemistry and Math.                       

»    The 10+2 mark cutoffs for admissions are different for different institutes. Ex: BITS-Pilani ( min 80%) IIT ( 60%)

»  Opportunities lies in going further for higher studies for Masters and Ph.D

»  At the Masters level, one can opt for specialized subjects like Signal Processing , Telecommunications, satellite communications etc.

 

»  To take admissions in premier national institutes competitive exams are held every year BITSAT, IIT-JEE , AIEEE
