Call centers or ITES ( IT Enabled Services) have lead to rapid globalization and more job opportunities for young men and women in different parts of the world becoming the backbone of the global market.  Its inception has led to rapid growth of companies, providing direct access for companies to their clientele worldwide and vice versa. The call centre and BPO industry thus grew into a giant working sector employing thousands of young, talented and hard working people and serving the public 24*7.

» Most of the people in call centers are young men and women who are looking for an early employment and a relatively simple way to earn good salary.

» A graduation degree is the least qualification while there may still be hope for youngsters who have passed their 12th as well although options may be  limited for them

» Graduation in any stream be it  Btech, B.Com, B.A or B.Sc qualifies to be part of call centre.
