» A graduation degree is the least qualification while there may still be hope for youngsters who have passed their 12th as well although options may be limited for them

» Graduation in any stream be it Btech, B.Com, B.A or B.Sc qualifies to be part of call centre.

» The basic requirement is a good english. These days lots of training institutes have come up who have specially designed courses for call centre jobs.
