Today, managers don’t just mean “the boss”, they are the facilitators. Management deals with setting objectives, strategic planning, executing them and finally co-coordinating all these steps efficiently.

It is assumed only those wishing to manage the business go to B- schools but management is not just for managers, it can be an effective tool to anyone in every walk of life. After all, everything is about managing – be it at home or out in the office.

How do I pursue this career ??

» Management though can be taken as undergradute course but would be suggested to be taken up as post graduation.

» However undergraduate course in management is also available known as BBA which has to be followed  with a MBA. 

» For a BBA eligibility is 10+2 in any stream.

»  After BBA or graduation in any field one should write CAT or other exams  to get enrolled in Management colleges.

» For carrying MBA its required to maintain good academic records and excel in extra curricular activities.

» work experience is considered very important while doing MBA. Graduates should consider gaining some work experience during the holidays or before starting their MBA course. Even during school time a sumer job would be very useful.
