Like Robert Frost Says…………….;

“I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.”

I had the taken the Road Less Travelled, and well, that has made all the difference to me.
After my Engineering and a failed attempt to get into a Premier B-school (1990); I started my Career at the very bottom of the pile, by working as a Marketing Executive for a small computer training institute in Warangal, for a princely sum of Rs. 800 per month. Then I climbed the ladder of Corporate Success, for 15 eventful years, finally ending up as an All India Marketing Manager for The Magnus Institute, Hyderabad (Sister Concern of ICFAI).  But I was restless, wanted to make a difference, help a few people. Maybe like, I read somewhere; “If you make a difference to one person, your life would be worthy one.”

The failed attempt to get into a premier b-school was haunting me all the time. This was due to a lack of awareness, due to a lack of proper guidance, and mainly due to a lack of Exposure. This was the genesis of Career Path Solutions P Limited. The fact that Campus2Career transition is one of the most important, if not THE important stages of one’s life; made us to guide students and make it a smooth one for them.

Career Path began its path of promise on 11th July, 2003. We have come a long way. But we have to go a longer way. Again to quote Robert Frost “The woods are lovely, dark & deep………………….& Miles to go, before I can sleep!” The recognition of the fact that personality traits like Attitude, Behaviour & Communication Skills make up a big part in success of a Career; at the very beginning of our journey helped us immensely. Also, the fact that one needs to know where he/she stands; & only then he/she can take steps to improve/raise upto the required levels of competence, was brought to our notice.

In view of the above facts, we devised a course methodology of a training Workshop “Beyond the Syllabi” based on the philosophy “Define, before you Refine!” The training program consists of three broad areas; viz:

1) Career Preparation:
2) Communication Skills:
3) Job Selection Process Training

More importantly, we understand that there should be a “Joy in Learning”. Hence, all our workshops comprise of Management Games, Videos, Interactive Exercises, Chocolates (to lure the reticent ones), etc; to make sure that the concepts are well understood and every participant has a great experience.To know, how we achieve this; click here: http://www.campus2career.co.in/imagesshow.php

We at Career Path can state proudly that we have conducted over 60 of these training workshops; touching the lives of more than 3500 students in 5 universities, 34 colleges, from Nagpur to Kollam (Kerala), successfully. The panel of experts, who assist us in the execution of these, make all the difference to the intended audience. For a full list of our facilitators, and other details including the sample feedback that we receive and any other information; please feel free to visit our website www.campus2career.co.in

Finally, like Shiv Khera says “Winners do not do different things; they do things differently!” we at Career Path make sure that each one of our training programs is a Winner!
