Don't worry, You have a lot of other options open, but you have to be aware of them before the time runs out. IIT's and NIT's are not the end of life, there are various other deemed universities which you need to look upon, they either have their own entrance exam or have admission through AIEEE rank and IIT-JEE score.
These deemed universities have a descent education quality and also a descent student quality too. The rest depends on you, if you have the caliber and passion to excel you surely will, no matter wheather you study in an IIT/NIT or a private deemed university/college.
