Dear Friend

I am happy to see that you are serious about your career. A focused approach is always good in building a solid career, but in your case you have just completed your 12th, you are still to start building a foundation for your career.

BBA is a very general course regarding Business studies and management. The level of the subjects taught is very basic and can at best be described as just a “bird’s eye view” of various business and management specialties. To expertise in Travel and tourism or any other field, you not only have to gain first hand practical experience, but would have to specialize in your chosen field during your PG level. Hence take one step at a time and learn to walk perfectly before you run.

Start with a BBA-general or still better a B.Com (Hons). Work hard, develop an in-depth understanding in these subjects and then decide on a right PG course. There can be host of other career opportunities that would open up for you after completing your BBA(Gen) or B.Com including Tour/Travel, Finance, Marketing, HR, Accounts, Company secretary, ICWAI, CA etc.

best of luck for your great future ahead........ Atul Nigam...

Its easy to join German and French as there are many organizations offering courses. German teachers command a better salary than a french teacher but most of the schools offer French. So availability of jobs for French is more and salary for German is more.

In the corporate world, there is an equal demand for other languages also. But in corporate world, you can get better placement/salary if have proficiency in multiple languages instead of going deep in one language
