I know there are much more to study two courses together but this is the time to build your career & hard work with sincere dedication will lead you to the blooming future. Don't worry your job interviews will not collide with your B.Com if you can make both end meet. Spare more time for your study & take special notes from library book & internet to make your answers unique. I will suggest you to start yoga & meditation to increase your concentration level & overcome all hurdles with calm & peaceful mind....

Hi Bhavana,

If you are not interested in what you are presently doing it is absolutely not a very big problem. It is good that you want to pursue your dreams.
If you are interested in social issues and helping people you can start work in an NGO or do a Masters in social work.
If you want to do something related to Psychology you can opt for a masters in Psychology for that you just need to be a graduate in any field.
As far as drawing is concerned you can do a course in Fine Arts and then opt for becoming an artist.

If you immediately want to work after your graduation the best would be to work in an NGO and you can study in correspondence and pursue your dreams. Even if you opt to study further you can associate yourself with an NGO and work their as a volunteer in your free time.

Best Wishes!
