Yes you can do CS.There is no entrance exam conducted by Institute of Company Secretaries of India for admission to CS course. The minimum eligibility to pursue CS course is +2 or equivallent from a recognised institute.
With the above mentioned eligibility, you can enroll yourself for the foundation course. the duration of foundation course is 8 months.

2.executive programme
3.professional programme

for the graduates like you in bsc.b.com or b.a can directly apply for executive course.
There is no entrance exam for that and you can directly enroll in that.
Then after executive you have to study professional course.
So then you become a company secretary.

The duration of whole CS course from foundation to professional is 10 to 12 months.
From executive to professional course the duration is 6 to 8 months.

for becoming CA (chartered accountant), any student who have completed 12th class with at least 50% marks is eligible to give the entrance exam..

Now a ca are in great demand,they are getting very good salaries in the topmost companies of our country.

For getting admission in ca, you will first have to give an entrance exam.The exam will be of 200 marks out of which you will have to score at least 100 marks to pass the exam. The exam is very hard and requires a lot of hard work. The duration of the course is three years and it is done through correspondence i.e. there is no need of going to college. but if you fail in any one subject, then you will have to give all the exams again.

Company secretaryship has in depth study relating to company law while Cost accounting course has in depth study relating to cost and management accounting.Chartered accountancy course has in depth study relating to financial accounting, auditing, tax aspects.All of them are differnt from each other, common thing between them they belong to commerce field.It is better to do one course at a time. I will Suggest you to Join CS course After completing your graduation means B.Com because if you will apply after B.Com you will not need to clear foundation course and will join the CS Course directly in CS Executive course.If you will join CS Course after class 12th then you will have to complete Foundation course first.
