Difference between bbm and bms - 1 to 9 of 9 results

Dear Yognika,

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) are both three year degree courses open to students who have completed their 10+2 with any optional subjects. There is no difference in BBA and BBM. Both are same but awarded in different colleges in different names.

Some universities (including Bangalore Univ) award a BBM while others (like Karnataka Univ) award BBA. The syllabus and subjects are very similar. Hence the degree you get will depend on where you are studying.

Hello Zelam,

First of all you can't do BAF and BMS along with CA.

Because CA itself is a very tough course. And for doing CA you have to clear CPT and after completing CA there is a vast opportunity in CA Profession. The world economy is evolving & the need for Chartered Accountants is growing extremely. Today, a qualified Chartered Accountant has the option of joining the Government service, an attractive job in public sector or a rewarding assignment in the Private sector. Besides CA’s can also join any financial institution or even have their own practice. Can work in Accountancy, Auditing, Cost accountancy, Taxation, Investigation and Consultancy.

But you can do this after completing graduation for the above reasons. So first choose your subject and concentrate on your graduation.

Hi mehran,

BMS and BBA are almost same. A few things here and there. You can choose the course according to the college. Take up a good college. Whereas for MBA you need 50% marks to sit in entrance exam. People with good academic background and record are preferred in best b-schools in India.

Hi,

There is no difference between any of the two courses and both are equally eligible for doing an MBA if you meet the eligibility criteria.
You can opt for any of the two courses. The syllabus, course content etc… everything is same and there is not much difference.
I would say go for a better institute and by what the course is BBA or BMS. Whichever course you get in a better college go for that.

Best Wishes!

Hi,

It is not compulsory to opt for engineering if you are a student of PCM group. Never should one do this mistake in life, otherwise one has to repent later on in life.

Instead one should go for the careers that one wants to. There are certain things that one considers before choosing a course or career for oneself. They are your Interest, Aptitude and Personality. You should try and match them with the career of your choice and see how much it matches and then accordingly choose what you want to do.

You can also choose the Psychometric Career Assessment that MeraCareerGuide offers to take right and informed decisions.

As far as BBA is concerned it is one of the most sought after courses. After completing your BBA you can look for jobs in Banks, Consultancies, Finance Industries, FMCG and Consumer Durables, IT Companies, Advertising Agencies etc…… In short there is a huge scope.

If you have planned to do an MBA then BBA will be the right choice for it.

Best Wishes!
