Hi Babe,
You will get admission in B.Tech-biotechnology through Eamcet counseling. In B.Tech-biotechnology half of the seats for Bi.PC and another half seats for MPC students.
Depends on university In your first you may have a mathematics subject. Some universities don't have Mathematics subject in B.Tech biotechnology. But don't worry about it, College Mathematics faculty will take care of Bi.P.C. students.

Your cousin may not get admission in good college with his Eamcet rank under open category. But he may get good branch in normal college.
University of hyderabad is good university and its recognized. He got seat in government university. He will get good opportunities after completion of course with good percentage.
So it's better to go for Integrated MSc. programme.
