Your choice for summers can depend upon the level of exposure you have gained in the last 2 years and the following courses as well. However, as I believe most colleges take up the core engineering in the 3rd and 4th years, you should perhaps use this time to prepare yourself with some basic and fundamental tools essential for both your academics as well as professional profile enhancement later on. for example, you could take up an object oriented programming language like Java or Visual C, etc. Or you could go for modules like PHP, MySQL , etc. Please let us know about the kind of curriculum at your college to enable us better understand and respond....

To make career in sound engineering you must have good knowledge of music, must know how to manipulate them and use all the technology . It will include recording, mixing, mastering, sequencing and sampling e.t.c .
In terms of course you can take up degree, diploma or short term course. Try to develop contacts in studios based in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad etc which will give you lot of opportunities .

but i does not get that type of % in my 10th class(in 2003),.. so, its quite difficulte for me to do this course from Govt. Insitite,..

i want to know that if i do Diploma from private institute (like National Institute of Managment solution, Isara institute of Managent and professional Solution, etc) nd get gud marks, could i go after that in a govt institute (like Amity, Delhi engg. collage, etc) as B.tech student???

Yes you can attempt in jee-2011 with full preparation because it would be your last and final chance to get into the most prestigious college of India.

Just take admission in any engg. college for the time being and prepare well for jee.
