Hello Anil,

You have to see that whether both colleges are good or not, & their placement records. If both are more or less same then you should follow your father as he is the person who is going to give you money for study.

Hi,

First of all I would like to congratulate you for your brilliant performance.
It is good that you have already decided what you want to do in life and what you career option would be.

For pursuing the BDS you need to have Physics, Chemistry and Biology with English as compulsory subjects. You can take up PCB. Though you can also take up PCMB but it will be of no use as you have decided that you want to do BDS and Maths will create an unnecessary burden on you. Instead of maths you can opt for some other subject that is easy and does not require much of your time.

The Eligibility Criteria for Maharashtra CET exam for BDS states that:
A candidate must have obtained not less than 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English taken together at HSC (or equivalent) examination. A candidate belonging to backward class must have obtained not less than 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English taken together at HSC(or equivalent) Exam.
The Syllabus of Physics, Chemistry and Biology for the MHT-CET is same as for the HSC Examination (i.e. March.) of HSC Boards of Maharashtra.

Best Wishes!
