You can try for improvement exam in all or subject of your choice .But, if you get don’t get improved marks in all subjects, you will have to show your 2 marksheets everywhere. If you get improved marks in all the subjects in which you filled improvement, there is no need for combining two marksheets. You can also try for CBSE private exam-You can give exams in the subjects you want, unlike cbse improvement exam that you have to chose only from the subjects you gave exam before. You have one ultimate marksheet which will have all your marks. You also had option of appearing in NIOS exam. There is facility of NIOS on demand exam .

But it has been 8 years.According to the education system you would have completed your graduation and PG by this time and also have good amount of work experience if you had started working . I don't know your subject in graduation or PG if you had done according to which i can advise future course or job opportunities .But there are lot of ways by which you can make it to MNCS- getting placed in MNCS after completing the college on basis of your qualification, moving to MNCS after getting work experience (it might be possible you don't make it to MNCS in your first chance but after work experience you can try for MNCS) you can try for short term course which can improve your performance and help in career growth . So there are lot of ways of getting in MNCS apart from trying for board exam . You can try any one method which you feel easy .

Feel free to ask further question....

You always can.1 years exp and BCA you can get a job into any small or medium IT company. if u are doing job as a lab assistant you must have some exposure to the technology. it would be better you stick to your job for a year more and get some certifications done like CCNA,RHCE,juniper certifications etc. that will add to your resume and meanwhile you would gather more work experience as you are already doing a job. this will help you take a big leap forward.good luck....... ► Read more
