Dear student,
Congratulation for completing your graduation with 58% in B.com you apply for not only C.A. but also for CS/ICWA/CFA/CFP/CIMA etc. If you want to do preparation for C.A. you should start it from now.

Normally it will take a minimum of 3 to 4 years to complete the course. To do this course, fist of all you have to; qualify the common proficiency test conducted by the institute of chartered accountants of India.  CPT examination comprise two sessions of 2 hours each, with a break between two sessions and carrying a total of 200 marks consists of four subjects namely fundamentals of accounting, mercantile law, general economics and quantitative attitudes. CPT is an objective type test with negative marking.

There are many states that take the AIEEE score but conduct their own counseling and do not take part in counseling conducted by CCB. These states are as follows:

The Final list of institutions admitting students (with intake in each discipline and category as per reservation) through AIEEE-2012 including counseling procedure, counseling schedule and counseling centers would be displayed on the CCB site. It is updated regularly and you could check. Once the results are out, you will have to take part in the counseling procedure and fill your choices of the college. You get 20 days for that.

No, you are not eligible for AIEEE 2012 since your 12th will finished on 2013. In order to apply for AIEEE either you must have passed 12th exam or you appeared for the same in 2012. In your case you will be attempting your CBSE exam in 2013, thus you can only be eligible on or after 2013 AIEEE examination but not for 2012. But this means you have a complete year for preparation. You entered the 12th class in 2010 or you had the CBSE examination of 12th in 2010?
If you had your board on examination on 2010 then you are eligible for 2010, 2011 and 2012 year for AIEEE examination. Also if you entered 12th class in 2010 that means you had your final board examination on march 2011 thus it make you eligible for AIEEE examination in 2011, 2012 and 2013 year. All the three attempts must be consecutive. If you drop for a year then you loose that year from your attempt. Thus be careful before taking a drop year. Also you need to present "GAP Certificate" at the time of counseling in case of drop out.
